About Clitheroe Country Market

Clitheroe Country Market is held every Tuesday in Clitheroe’s United Reformed Church 9.30 – 12 noon

At Clitheroe Country Market you’ll find high quality home-grown, home-made and hand-crafted items.  These are produced by our local producers and sold cooperatively at the weekly market.

We opened in August 1969, so are proud to have been a part of Clitheroe life for over 50 years. Our markets have a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and there’s no obligation to buy. Just come along for a coffee and a chat!

We are a member of the Country Markets network of over 450 local markets in England, Wales and the Channel Islands. There are four Lancashire Country Markets currently operating – Clitheroe, Kirkham, Garstang and Longton.
