We hope that you’ve had a happy Easter and have been able to enjoy a little spring weather. We’re celebrating the arrival of spring here at the country market with the new season’s flowering bulbs, perennials and annuals. For special spring occasions we have a large selection of of hand made and  hand painted cards, and original photocards. Our photocards include local subjects and scenes, including Pendle Hill and views of Clitheroe, as well as popular cards of farm animals and horses (prices start from just £1.50).  Special occasion cards can be personalised and made to order, including cards hand embroidered in silk ribbons and cross stitch.

This month, one of our wonderful jam and chutney producers is introducing a new chunky pickilli and a spiced apple butter. The apple butter is perfect for both sweet and savory dishes, so make a fantastic little gift for a food loving friend.
