Well, we had just got over the excitement of Prince Charles’ visit to Clitheroe and the enthusiasm of customers sharing their mobile phone pics along with stories of royal smiles and handshakes when Ruth arrived with a surprise celebration cake for one of our senior members of the Country Market family. Bob was serenaded (various harmonies of Happy Birthday) by the members and wished a very happy 80th birthday – No one could quite believe that Bob was actually 80!! Here’s to many more happy returns Bob and thank you for your help every Tuesday morning.

Francine never fails to miss an opportunity to brighten up our Tuesday mornings when the occasion calls and Easter is no exception. Edward’s ears will never be the same again …. the Country Market Cafe was treated to an array of bunting and table decorations and we would like to wish all our customers new and old a very Happy Easter.
