For the second year running St Annes Court, Clitheroe welcomed Country Market producers

The community room at St Annes Court proved an ideal space for the Country Market members to set up their stalls and there was soon a steady stream of residents eager to discover home made gifts, sweets and treats.

With a selection of cards, jewellery, jams, jellies and textiles on show there were plenty of unique xmas present ideas and an opportunity to buy genuine home made produce.

Sheila and Edward did a sterling job with the tea, coffee and cake and there was soon a scramble for extra chairs as residents happily stayed for refreshments and chat.

All agreed the pop up morning market had been a great success and look forward to visiting again in the Spring
